– For stuffing:
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1 piece (small size / minced)
Sheepmeat: 500 grams (minced)
Bharara: Half a teaspoon

Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Basmati rice: three-quarters cup (washed and drained)
Egyptian rice: half a cup (washed and drained)
Water: two cups and a quarter
Almonds: a quarter cup (reddish)
Pea: Half cup
– For the dough:
Pastry Paste: Envelope
Egg yolk: 1 tablet
Cooking cream: large spoon
How to prepare
1. To prepare the stuffing: Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onions, stir until the transparent color is obtained, add the meat chop, and continue stirring. Sprinkle with salt and spices (chives, cumin, cinnamon and black pepper), while stirring. Put rice, then, with the ingredients in the pot, stirring well. Water is poured.
